Now i have sent a link to this page of the thread to the engineer who talked to me on phone. I hope he does understand that we are genuinely facing this issue. Its just that we are pointing out, others dont do that, coz they dont have the medium.

my epg is working fine now. no program mismatch is there,as shown in the screenshots by mascot and jaymin. star movies hd audio has also come back. only star gold hd audio sync prob is remaining

I think dont jump the trigger on EPG for now. It might misbehave again. The problem isnt continuous. It goes & comes back. And thats why we have to take pics of it, as a proof. And yeah the Star Movies HD audio is back, thats right.

I am also monitoring the same. Till Now everything looks good except the Star Gold HD Lip Sync mismatch as mentioned by you. Would wait till tomorrow.

WTH is this? Even without solving everything to my satisfaction, they have closed the complaint! :O I have shot another mail at them. Hope that they listen to it.

Guys,How many channels do you get in Platinum pack? i get only 239 and i don't get History channel, is History Channel available with D2H?

Dont remember the no. of channels. But i m sure we dont have the new History channel. if v had, then D2h page wud have updated it. But anyways i m not much interested in it. I m more interested to get Neo Cricket HD. Hope these guys think on it!

And in the meantime, i have now told the CC in email, that if they want to keep the complaint closed, without solving it, i will have to go to TRAI.Coz in response to my yesterday's mail, all they said was this - "We have closed your complaint no.xxxxxx". They didnt even bother to call me up & confirm!

How many channels do you get in Platinum pack? i get only 239 and i don't get History channel, is History Channel available with D2H?

Yes, its 239 Channels and 20 Radio Services. History Channel had launched yesterday only and is available only on Dish TV and TS at present.

Yes, but Neo Cricket HD too for event based only. I am interested in Ten HD and Colors HD
