All replies takes min. of 15 - 20 days for each... this is my third reply from TRAI... anyway if D2H is ready to compensate by giving HD-DVR with 1 year subscription :grin: then only i will leave them....

who wants South Silver, i want Platinum HD... else let them face me... i will take them via TRAI because they never said anywhere that SD STB is not compatible with LED TV'sat least let them provide HD-DVR with existing account.

Hehe, do keep us updated on what comes up next! And that applies to me too. I too m after them to get my Star HD Channels' audio syncing right. It still goes out of sync in 5 odd minutes, on all 4 channels.

@ ashishThanks its true that they dont change dish & just change lnb.@ JayminTrue. I saw a thread yesterday & at begining of introduce DVR he upgrade his D2H. The thread with pictures & that dish picture shown with general ku band dish & really it was about double of general Ku band dish. It seems its 90 cm dish.Thanks.

Hey guys! at last today i received calls from all TOP Level peoples asking me to solve the issue on the TRAI Letter which i wrote.... the nodal officer talks to me very politly that i am a very loyal and good customer... I asked him when i called your CC why those peoples dont know that i am loyal and good customer? :3 Boys: he dont have answers.... he requested for a long to solve the issue without any benifits for me... and the Area manager called me... Actually he is a gentle man and service oriented... i dont have any complaints on him.... Atleast told him to upgrade my HD Box to DVR Box... He said OK and he is going to upgrade the same within 3 days. :3 Boys:

Saw, we told u - keep fighting. No one can do any harm to u. If u had jumped over this issue, i think u wud have been in some other issue with some other DTH, again thinking to change ur provider.

@MAX yes i upgraded from SD to HD Zapper now D2H is going to give HD DVR for free....@JayminYour right... but u see I have wasted almost 2 months now... few thousands are not BIG when we want our Comfort (I may be wrong, thats my policy)....
