Actually yes. I too need to check this. But my data was intact till yesterday night.....And even the schedules r fine. Hopefully! Will update after i reach home.

My Download ID is still 20. I guess it was 20 only . And no such disturbance found. Recording and Favorites are still the same.

Yeah its 20 for me too. But the engineer who came to take my Sign after resolving my complaint, said that an update is surely coming soon. And the minor issues of EPG mismatch too shud be fixed in that.@ Karthik,If u are facing the issue then u shud observe it & lodge a complaint if its happening on its own......btw, i hope u have modified ur settings accordingly, so that the recordings dont get deleted automatically.

Here it goes a NEW ISSUEonce i change my channel i am getting the picture but after the picture its running 3 seconds after that 1 sec stuck is there and immd. its continuing... this i was not experienced before.... Example: I am changing channel from 905 to 935 i am getting the Movies now HD Channel i am getting the movie after getting the picture around 3 sec later i am getting around 3 micro sec. pause...Anybody facing this?????

U mean to say problem with EPG? Something like u get to see the name of the prog. after a delay? If that is the case, then they are despatching an update, which might fix this issue.

Does anyone knows how to disable the Spam messages we get in the STB inbox like "watch shaitan for rs 50" "watch no problem for rs 10".daily these messages pop up in the inbox (today got 2 Mgs), it gets irritating to read each 1 of these otherwise message icon doesn't disappears from the top right corner of the screen

I M replied me he never heard this kind of problem. Ok. But this is second time he will notice same issue.

I think we all need to share manufacturing date of our DVR which is printed below of remote's batter cap.

Lets check which boxes has problem. All / new / old.

Most of all DVR is OCT 2010... the first DVR i got is OCT 2010 and the second also same...

NO its not the EPG i am saying... its about the PICTURE(MOVIE)... i am getting a Pause just for a second...

Mine is Oct 2010 as well.As regards ur issue, its wierd. If it persists, then try a few "Gharelu nuskhe", like resetting ur STB, or checking ur signal levels - sometimes it cud happen due to weak signal level. If this doesnt work, and the problem stays as it is, lodge complain, what else!
