My dvr with old software where D2H logo without HD design logo. Maybe it will upgrade software soon. There are two type of application for audio channels. I can go there through active services & other way is there is a option in menu radio.

Is radio option available with new software too?

that's surprising, Coz if you Hd logo should come across all channels on HD Dvr. contact CC and mention your prob, If possible, get them to replace your Dvr.

mine too is old software on Zapper. the download ID is 8,it's the oldest one on May 11 Manufactured boxes. then too getting the normal logo.

I am talking about D2H HD logo & it still without word HD in the logo. I afraid that after upgrade it D2H (logo) changed to D2H HD logo . I like very much D2H logo only.


Still I didnt get answer that D2H provides RCA (3 pin cable) / HDMI cable with D2H DVR box?

With a DVR you will get 1 HDMI cable and 1 RCA (3 pin) cable. If you havent got the HDMI, then ask for it.

Both?I just got RCA cable & No HDMI cable. Already there are sockets for RCA & HDMI but I just got RCA cable? Did you got both with DVR new connection? Today noon they will install the dish.Thanks.

Yes. I got both. The HDMI cable comes in a different box and not with the DVR STB box. They will probably bring it when they come for installation.

HD Box Comes with 1 HDMi Cable, One USB Cable, One RCA Cable (3.5 mm Jack at one end and RYW on the other end), One Remote and 2 AA Batteries.If anythings missing, claim for it immediately

That you will get by default in Hd STbs. Can't do anything abt it.
