HD Box Comes with 1 HDMi Cable, One USB Cable, One RCA Cable (3.5 mm Jack at one end and RYW on the other end), One Remote and 2 AA Batteries.

If anythings missing, claim for it immediately

On the above list i didnt get the USB Cable...

and coming to Audio mismatch, one of my friend also reported from chennai that he is having voice mismatch issue with star movies... he also uses DVR... for me also it happens... so to my knowledge it has happening for DVR users only...

if other DVR users also confirms it will be nice...

Yes, it happens some time. Upon resetting it get solved. But everytime my favourite list is deleted. Regarding USB Cable, I gt it in my HD Satellite Box but later when my brother upgraded his SD to HD, they didn't provided. I think they discontinued providing USB Cable.

And to update on my "Fight"......today i got another email from D2h mentioning that "Ur issue has been escalated to the channel provider. We trust there is no issue now." I immediately replied, even though i was engrossed in work, that "U ask the broadcaster to give the same assurance in writing & then u can close my complaint. Till then, my issue remains open."But no kind of response from TRAI yet. May b i m expecting too early reply from them.

Me too,i also didn't got the USB cable in zapper. i think they provide in DVR only. BTW what's the use of it? one can directly connect the USB stick to the usb port in stb.

Exactly, its sort of extra thing only. May be if ur STB is placed in some distant corner, it might come in handy. But who places STB's in distant corners?

Also same here. I avoid watch zee group channels except cn & pogo. When family members watch zee I cant do anything.
