Thanks buddy Lets see how much time d2h take. CC had said 72 hrs, but due to continuous rainfall, I doubt they would be able to make it out within 72 hrs.

So, STB Delivered at Noon, but Engineers didn't turned up today. Hope they come for Installation as per my convenience tomorrow.

@indianmascot when they are doing satellite management settings ask them for the secret code, that will help you in choosin different signal strengths, i forgot to ask them & the cs guys are refusing to give it, there are 2 codes, one is the installation code"1234" the other is the satellite management code, try getting it from them..

I guess it's the 4th 6th 8th and 10th digit of your smart card.

satellite management settings ke liye jo code hai vo aapke customer id (smart card ke 11 digit number)me chupa hai.
agar aap ka smart card number 12345678912 hai to code 4681 hai

By the Way, How can we enhance the Signal Strengh using these Satellite Management Codes .

^ You cant enhance the signal strength using them. If you want better signal you will have to go for a bigger dish and precise alignment. Although the dish which they supply is pretty good for the job provided the installation is done properly meaning the dish's alignment is done good. If the signal strength and quality is around 80% or more then you have good installation. Even at 40-50% you should be able to view the channels properly but during a bit of rain it will cause a signal fade.
