VIDEOCON d2h DTH Customer Service is WORST!

I have got my Videocon d2h connection last year's end!
I've got 6months subscription to Diamond pack..i was happy.
But Its customer service is hell no!!
I knew this after 6months when i had to recharge it...I had to keep calling,...again and again since call went disconnected...or i have to be in waiting in que of 10s, 40s, 80s...

But i got through this problem through its website that allows easy top up. yay!

No tension it is the fault of IVR. I have faced the same and sent a mail to CC

I know bud.....IVR is xtremely bad....We should complain to higher authority of Videocon/BBCL. No tension it is the fault of IVR. I have faced the same and sent a mail to CC
