Hi ,
I use Pinnacle PCTV 110i Analog Pro TV tuner ,
Recently i bought a Pinnacle PCTV media center remote kitand it was compatible and easily recognized by Vista home premium
In the Windows vista media center TV Signal Setup , at the stage of identifying the IR set top box remote during IR learning when i opt for let media center learn my Set top box remote from scratch, after identifying the digit 1 and asking me to release that button(1) to continue it keeps on asking me to press and recognize 1 again and again and doesn't move on to the next digit !!
Please tell me where am i going wrong ???
heres a video for the same problem :
https://youtube.com/watch?v=hU2uRhlGZvo
and here is the flow of events in the form of screenshots
now in this screenshot just above , when i release the button (digit 1 of stb remote) it again tells me to press and hold button 1 and then continue holding it and then releasing it to continue...this goes on and on and the media center doesn't move on to identifying the next digit :icon_cry: ..
has any of you experienced this sort of a problem while using media center with a set top box ??? if yes then how did you get out of it...
kindly reply..
