Checked at Site & even had a look at wiki - looks like Voda does not even have 3G in Andhra....

Voda is not allowed to give any new 3G connections in AP, pending court resolution of the intra-circle roaming case.
If you have been a long time 3G user on VF, then check if you are getting 3G data. The SMS may be wrong. Call CC and confirm.

I've been using 3g from a long time now.I just now tried, only getting 2g signal.

Last month when i was in AP on roaming using Voda, i got 3G
