Vodafone Coming Soon!

^^^Who said? 56565 is a Toll Free number of Hutch. Previously it was 6565 and recently changed to 56565 after TRAI asked operators to add 5.

Verify facts first before posting or giving ur "judgement"! Thanks! :)

Reference: Hutch

In middle of the page read for Hutch@30p: To activate send 30y as an SMS to 6565 (toll-free).

I send sms and got the logo. It looks bad!! Oversized font. How do i remove it from n73?

If You have wap..........google and download a blank Op Logo from the many sites that host it for free.

Unfortuately you cant send HUTCH to 56565(old 6565) since its not a recognised keyword anymore.I tried it coz I also thought the new Logo was too big and plain

Orange chala gaya,
Ab Hutch Ja raha hai.

Honestly I was never happy with service at HUTCH,
ORANGE was best!!!!!!!!!!!:yahoo:
hopefully Vodafone will be better

Yeah Orange was the Best, not just the name but also with the Service. Orange was known for Best Customer Service and "Customer Care".I remember postpaid bill every month had some goodies with it, like free passes to Essel World, movie tickets, discounts etc, we used to wait for bills every month... :p. Calling Customer Care number would more often than not lead to being satisfied at the end of the Call..........I had heard there was a Quality Team in Orange which use to monitor random calls everyday, to maintain the High Standards of Orange Customer Service. With Hutch, call 111 and u are sure to get annoyed with Pathetic English, lack of knowledge about their own product and bad attitude. They don't seem to care about their customer, I guess they are not trained to "Care", neither are they monitored. I have written to their higher officials many times regarding degrading service on 111 but their response is : "We are trying our best to improve services everyday, we take your feedback seriously, etc........" I never call 111 instead I write a mail through "My Hutch" and I get a call back from them which is supposed to be from their Level-2 executives who are much better than those 111 idiots..........Hope Vodafone improves the Service..............

I have written to their higher officials many times.

Back in 2002 I emailed Sanjib Das was doing the present Mr Ghosh's/Sarin,s Job at Orange in those days.
Within 3 hours the lady in Charge of All India Orange Customer care called me back...........She apologised and promised to look into it........2 more hours later some team lead called back and the next day problem was fixed. The service back then was comparable to Orange in UK.......100% Customer Satisfaction !

After almost 5 years I tried that trick with Ghosh about 4 months ago when my network strength was less than the size of the Hutch dog :hysterical:..............but till date now response from Ghosh babu

Thankfully a week ago they added two more towers in my area and I have no complaints now.....But I miss the personalized treatment of the good old days

In N73... go to Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Standby Mode -> Operator Logo... and select "Off".

Next time verify facts before posting a "Judgement"!

Peace!:)

The Vodafone operator logo has an IN at the end. That's very unaesthetic. It should just be Vodafone. No one reflects the name of the country in their brand logo, not Microsoft, not LG etc.
