Vodafone Online recharge does not work

@VodafoneIndia at 7:11 PM Yesterday night he had tried, it has failed, was anything done in the last 15 hours at your end. If not, then why should he bother trying.

^^ Nope. I think they have not done the porting properly or messed up some settings in the system. It's Vodafone's problem and they need to sort it out. I am waiting for a call.Edit: Finally problem solved. The recharge went through. :DThe whole experience left a bitter taste. Better late than never. Cheers Vodafone.
 
For topping up my balance I prefer to go to the local Vodafone mini store in my area where they have a Vodafone employee (the current chap is quite good) plus the staff in that shop are a friendly lot who get your work done without any fuss (unlike some main Vodafone stores which are so bureaucratic & sometimes v rude & indifferent, there's one shop in Mumbai I know which qualifies for that title). For bonus cards I use this code which was given to me by krish_88 *444#
Also just now I checked out the Vodafone site & found this though I have not tried this one yet, though not for refills.

Yup. Their new motto should be ‘What we do, we do better’. The new motto for idiots who want to improve their ranking.
 
Has any one noticed this (or is it only for me), the display of different bonus cards on this page seems to have been removed. Then how the hell is one to know what is available? How dumb can Vodafone get.

Can’t you understand PLAIN & SIMPLE English even a screen shot has been provided so even a dumb guy can understand? You don’t need my tel no.. what you need to do is answer why the details on the relevant page has disappeared maybe coordinate with your back office (maybe I should say backend) as too what your IT dept or if its sub contracted to some outside party is upto & give us an answer HERE so it can benefit all members here. Please if you cannot understand that forward this to a supervisor or somebody higher up.
