I’m having a weird issue. I was using FTTH voice since many days but now when I dial a number it goes blank and I can’t hear anything — but the call goes to the second party.
Dial-tone > I dial > Blank/Mute but the other party gets the call.
When I receive a call
Ringing > I receive > I can’t hear.
It happens on all numbers.
The cable is okay I have checked.
