VOLTE issue - problem of Jio OR Gionee?!

I posted it in some other thread but I think separate thread may bring it in to notice of other users.

So I have Gionee F103 Pro mobile with VOLTE support.

I have inserted Reliance JIO 4G card in it.

There is really annoying problem that I face.

After sometime VOLTE disconnects (disappears from status bar - indicating that VOLTE support is gone) and I can not make any calls.

Sometimes I also notice that when I disconnect call - it gets stuck on "Hanging up" and then again I can not make calls as - it still shows previous call icon (phone icon) on status bar.

Sometimes the issue gets resolved by putting phone in flight mode and back

But once or twice I had to restart phone.

So wondering if this is Jio issue or Gionee issue?

I read somewhere that Airtel was blaming Reliance that their VOLTE is not properly configured

Can this be reason? OR its bug in Gionee firmware somewhere?

Anyone facing same issue?
Or noticed same issue but not so frequently?

It's defo not Jio's issue because VOLTE runs amazing in my g4 and OnePlus 3.However connecting to airtel and vodafone is a pain in the ass.

The issue is with software. Earlier the issue ezists in Mi5 also as i have having JIO employee sim in April. The VoLTE somtimes disappears and network gone and then it reappears. I thought it was handset problem and the service centre made DEad on arrival and i got new handset but the problem persisted. So after 2 months there was a software update and after that the issue went permanently.

i think it might be network as it happens with me also but not that often.
Also i face another problem sometimes when i call someone i dont get hear them but they can hear me.
Im on a OnePlus 3

When i try to make a call, during the call connection process the volte icon disappears and it seems call has got "stuck" and finally call gets terminated. The volte icon reappears and i again try to make the call. Now sometimes the call may connect but most of the times i need to turn on and off airplane mode to get calls to work.
I think it might be area dependent maybe if not all people experience this.

But "hanging up" gets stuck and VOLTE disappears!
