Our would be free of scams. No connection charge or 3 minute rounding. We are still ironing out few issues regarding terminating calls to India.
[/b]

That would be a good thing. Eagerly waiting for that. Do post here once you have that available.

1 USD = 46.0335 INR
1 INR = 0.0217233 USD

79.00 USD =3,636.65 Rs that too for one phone port adapter.

But already two phone port adapter is available on ebay.in for INR3000+200shipping =Rs3200.

Also 9cent/min is not a big deal. Go to voicestick.com they offer US incoming number of any area code along with india calling rates from 9 to 10 cent with no prior commitment. Just recharge with 10$.
Also they give 5$ signing bonus.

Lolz Try somewhere else with these rotten offers

Two seperate voip adapters are not equal to two port voip adapters.
The voicestick.com price ranges from 9.8 - 10.34 cents. You would need a computer to talk on voicestick.
VOYZ.net is not a soft phone. Dont need a computer to talk. We provide support and warranty to use our service on our adapters.

But where it is mentioned that you people give two adapters for 79$ only.
Also i was telling about the added advantage that its a two port adapter not the one port.
And it is Linksys adapter with dial plan u can set not like a cheap grandstream one u ppl r providing.

Also www.wengo.com is providing free calls to indian landline for 10euros(2 month validity).

thats great. I browsed wengo.com but could not locate this unlimited plan, can you post a link to this Unlimited calls to Inida plan.

calling to india from wengo sucks .. sound quality is very crap and if u use some other softphone like sjphone there is always in band error or something .....

And u need the PC to be ON for calling thru Wengo. My parents would find it more simple to call sum1 thru the VOIP phone

Who said that we cant call by voip phone thru wengo?Wengo do provide sip settings i am using it.

Then I would be interested in it. gavnitsingh, could u pl tell me more abt this sip setting? The only thing I know is how to use the soft-dialer of Wengo. If I want to use it as a VOIP phone which can call US, without using PC, what are the things I need to do?

All you require is

1) A broadband connection with minmum 128kbps up and 128kbps down.

2) A good phone adapter(ATA) you could get one at ebay.in for 3000Rs(go for the tested sipuras/Linksys)

3) Analogue phone i.e. a normal phone set u use with your landline connection

4) A VSP(Voip service provider) subscription which provide the settings you could set on
your voip phone.(for calling usa i would reccomend you voipcheap.com or sipphone.com)

Hope this much helps.
Happy calling! :)
