Dear @/members/aytus/

You may loose all your Settings on your modem so take a backup of all the manual settings you have made. If it is only the Loginname & password then skip this step

reset the modem to it's factory settings by the hardware reset Switch may solve the problem.

If the Problem Is solved restore all the settings and see that every thing is working properly.

If the problem reoccurs reset the modem again and let the modem run on default settings. (you will have to put in your PPoe details again).

If it still does not work Please post it as a new post. and even if that does not work contact BSNL : your JTE in outdoor department and get the modem replaced. you may call 197 (BSNL toll free) and ask for there number.

Need the firware to upgrade the existing software on the modem as the software installed does not have the wireless option in it and so i need to upgrade it with the one which has the option for wireless.. so can anyone provide me with the link to where i can find the firmware:whistle:

Post the device status page.
the board ID will have W suffix.
Also details of the wireless software.
If not seen
Exchange the unit in BSNL office.
