Hello SUN DIRECT..,Things are improving with other DTH. Tata Sky +, Dish, Airtel are ready to introduce DVR tech/iNet services etc..etc.... But still you are singing the old tune... when you will wake up.

Sun direct management r u listening or not???see the technology uses by other DTH players.we are not expecting that kind of technology from u.We simply wants a good interactive service and software thats it.U people sign with open tv software in November 2007.But still u guys didnt release the software. r u guys testing it or not? Its high time to provide the channel what customer wants. If u people cant satisfy the customers then 100% sure that many will leave as many have not invested much in sun dth, they will leave after watching it free for 12 months and throw away the dish and STB.

I am living in Chennai having both sun direct and cable in my house. Yesterday my cable wala switched from SCV to Hathway. Already the difference with government, the ACV is not implemented successfully by the govt are the reasons helping hathway to make inroads to scv dominant places.

Cable is already slowly going out of scv hands.

Sun has to concentrate its dth operations to acquire as many people as possible to maintain number one which they maintained for more than 15 years in tamil nadu.

Also they should diffrenciate dth viewrs as women, young, middle aged, sports lovers and regional lovers. But sun is using dth to promote its channels only.

I am sports lover, my wife enjoys hindi serials, my parents only interest in tamil programmes.

I am sacrificing my sports love for my family. but slowly the irritation is climbing. when it reach its peak i will throw sun direct. I hope before that sun direct will wake up

Let us wait till diwali...and find out what happens to sun direct.?? At last till 1st year completion... if not switch to something else rather than waiting... Tolerence and patience has its limits..

For any operators one year is enough time to get improved. In the beginning we can accept the delay.. but not even after near one year after one year.One can improve the service when they come with the basic required channels.. so they can concentrate on other service to introduce and shine their services.. Apart from Sun direct, Tata Sky, Dish, Big, Airtel, had the proper planning and enough set of channels which are most wanted.. so they were/are able to concentrate on improving their services.Tata and Dish has gone to the next level DVR which is a good real upgrade.. that is how the DTH operators should be.SUN DIRECT is sleeping and it is not worth to have at all. They made cable TV as better..This service nothing equalent to Cable tv available through satellite.
