whenever i call 1504 ext 3, it always says "we are unable to attend your call" or something lke that.
STORY OF MY LIFE DUDE!!
I called 1500 exactly 5 days ago and asked for change of plan from 590 to 849NU
I called again 3 days ago for the same and this time got a token number
I got a confirmation call also
I still have not got the plan change:wall:
I called back today with the same token number for an update and apparently no such token number exists:redface:
