Wanted a new connection but no response from Customer care people

I, U.Ravi Shankar a resident residing in the area near by to vyalikaval police station. Am in need of your broadband services and have also contacted the customer care for new connection enquiry. I have been calling since 11th of Nov.2013 till to day but i receive the same response that our executive will respond to you in 24 hours. Still now i didnt get any call from your executive. I was a subscriber of Beam Broadband in Hyderabad and my experience was very good with that. But coming to ACT in Bangalore i feel like you people are offering the worst service. Am sorry to say this but this is the present position. So please look into the matter and kindly arrange me a new connection.
I have registered it on my friend's name "Pratheek", No:9740568555.

Sir,Non of you people are interested in giving best to your company. Because they dont call the customers who are in need of new connections. please kindly escalate this issue. And one of you executive told me that we dont have feasibility,where my owner and other guys are using ACT broadband and i dont have feasibility. Interesting job by your people. I guess your people need around 1 month for calling back a customer and providing service to him. Thanks for intial service am glad i didnt take connection yet. Thank you ACT for your serivce.
