Wasted 351rs by rechargin online

I recharged 351rs for data recharge through bsnl portal for my 3g sim. It didnt get recharged. The CC told me that it would be refunded in 2 days and asked me to go for shop to recharge. Again I recharged in shop for 351rs. Now they are saying they wont refund the money. they are saying Online recharge will take 48hrs to get active in account. Why everyone in CC is saying differently...In the end, I wasted 351rs.

may be you were informed wrongly by customer care guys, they are well known for giving confusing answers.but if i remember correctly bsnl system cannot recharge twice so if there system is still having this facility, one of your payment should get refunded.check with the shop if he got failed notification or wait for 2-3 days for your online payment to get reversed.
