Websites Not Opening on Reliance Jio 4G LTE

if any site is banned on reliance jio network then should i open it with proxy? I usually watch liveleak videos but i see liveleak is banned on jio network. So should i visit liveleak with proxy?

^^ In most cases, the banning is not comprehensive. Try using https instead of http and see if it works.

no they have done something with site. It just do not load with rjio connection.

Its not censorship, they are just adhering strictly to govt regulations.

^^ Which govt policy stop user to visit liveleak site? If it is because of govt. policy then they should display message regarding it. I did not find any other ISP which block liveleak site.

name of the sites that i cannot access are kat.cr, dt, extratorr, torrntz,. surprisingly thepb can be accessed.

edit- once you download the links from these websites, there's no further throttling though even ithout VPN.
