Why the hell DOT blocking liveleak website? Yes this website have accident videos, shooting video, suicide video, Murder video but these are not illegal to watch. Or is it? If that website have illegal content then it should be block world wide not just in India.

If i visit this website via proxy then will it consider illegal?
Can people confirm that if they are seeing same message while visiting this website via other ISP than JIO.

liveleak working fine on Airtel broadband also.

Even torrent sites are blocked. Downloaded torrent file via airtel and then continued to download via Jio. Got nice speeds, so trackers arent banned but sites are. Also lots of adult sites are banned.

Torrent sites contain illegal material so there is a reason to ban them.

I doubt they have banned torrent sites for illegal material. They have banned it because it would result in less bandwidth usage.

no they are not blocking torrent downloads. they are just blocking website.

Edit : liveleak work fine with railwire too, only jio is ordered by DOT to block it
