websites not opening

I have bsnl 500c plan with wireless modem.I deleted cookies.The next day i was not able to open some websites.The websites are opening sometimes sometimes they are not.The website i opened in the morning is not opening in the evening .why is this so?:wall:

Cookies etc : modem has nothing to do.
Check your browser settings.
IF IE7 see under Tools
Internet Options
Privacy
Advanced
advanced privacy options
select Override automatic settings .
check cookies check third party cookies. etc.
Enable cookies option.
Apply.
Mention your WIFI router details.

Switch to Open DNS
