Weird Issue - With Syrotech Fibre Router (xpon Ont)

Login to the router/ONT. It should be under Status, WAN connection info, EPON or GPON info.

Seems fine. Must be an issue elsewhere. Now when you say whole building what exactly do you mean? Other people with same ISP connection?

Let them replace the hardware then. Something somewhere is faulty. Hard to gauge such issues remotely.

@sloj lco guy has said he will replace the router.... Will let you know if this revolves the issue... He is still not able to identify the issue!
