Based on your post, it may be a hardware issue. I’d like to check with you, did you try to format your drive? To confirm the possible reason, please run the Data Lifeguard Diagnostics in the system.

If the DLG result fails, I’d suggest you to proceed for an RMA. For RMA service, you may refer to the link below.

Before you format though, I would also suggest for you to recover any important data in the HDD using the recovery software before doing any formatting, because this will definitely erase all data inside.
