Why don't you approach a consumer court? You don't need to pay the lawyear for this type of case.

As I had said, I dont have solid proof to prove my stand.
I have only text version of usage report.
I told bsnl officer that bsnl staff or the software has manipulated my usage data.
He said that we can also say that you have manipulated the data since it is the text form.
In short, my problem is:
I took my usage report on 20th Dec and 22nd Dec.
The later (22nd report) was different from the first (20th report).
There were few entries replaced with new data and few were deleted.
I showed both the reports to local bsnl officer. When he checked with Bangalore office , they are flatly refused to accept it. They say that there are no bugs in their usage report system software.
Since I have no solid evidence to prove it, I paid the excess amount of Rs.740. Now I am thinking of shifting plan to UL750 unlimited to avoid such problems in future. Also I have to sacrifice the current high speed.
Thank God , the difference was only Rs.740 and not in thousands.
