what is the maximum speed for bsnl 3g networks

@Jasmee from my experience I can say BSNL is not that bad in big cities. I was getting 3-4 Pole(Max shown is 5) so I must be at least 1KM far from tower

The place where I live, BSNL tower is less than 150m-200m from my home.
I constantly get H connection with 90%+ signal strength.

No matter the time I constantly get minimum 1.2 MBPS speed and maximum I have reached is 1.7 MBPS which is pretty great if you ask me.

1080P and 1440P streaming is not an issue at all on YouTube.

I am basically in heaven since BSNL has introduced unlimited 3g Plan for just 1099 arty:

Whats the process of getting BSNL sim and how to activate this 1099 plan. Is it actuall unlimited or 10gb? Any way I test the 3g speed before buying the 1099 pack?

@HE-MAN just visit nearest BSNL franchise fill CAF and get SIM. 1099 plan is not implemented in all states so it would be better if you install i-reff app and check plan for your circle. To check 3G you can borrow sim from someone you know and recharge a small pack.

BSNL recharges are available on all online sites but I prefer Paytm as it has wider range of available recharges than others.

most important thing make sure you choose Special recharge otherwise it would be credited as Top UP in your main balance.
