What the hell is happening to BSNL BB speed ???

Since yesterday I'm experiencing terribly slow slow speed.
I even no able to open google/gmail or other sites and it is taking hell lots of time.
What the hell is happening at BSNL servber ???

See below the ping result on WinDog :(
After trying for 15-20 minutes I could able to post this new thread !!!!

For me also experience this slow speed few months back, after 2 to 3 days it automatically back to normal. May be there is some porb in ur exchange too.
 
lol u should see my airtel speeds went down like shit...... :cry:
