i'm not sure about that sabir..but one thing all of us can do is to go to TRAI website and leave mails regarding what the guidelines suggest and what actually is been happening..I would suggest every member on this forum to do the same..100 mails in their mail box daily.. they have to do something on that..Lets hope for the best..Alternatively people like ajuravi who have access to their office phones can make calls to the customer care and ask them about the happenings.. I'm sure if not they being aware of it, Our calls will tell them that their customers are not dumb idiots..Aju: I would suggest u to compile a mail and forward the same to the CCOO of TS and ask for whatever is happening..Remember not one we need 100's of mails to both TS and TRAI to make them aware of customer grievances..Hope everyone agrees..
