when will bsnl increase speed

airtel broadband now offering 512kbps unlimited for 1499 bsnl still at 256kbps unlimited with crappy 64kbps upload speed since 3 years.i want to know why?being the largest broadband provider and having loads of availabe bandwith why cant they provide a 512kbps or even a 384kbps unlimited plan with same upload speeds?:wall::wall:those who love torrents stay away from BSNL you can never maintiain a ratio of 1:1:wall::wall: airtel rocks hope it comes in my areapeople get 55-70KB/SEC both up and down on airtel 512kbpsw:thumbsup:

mine is UL 900+, and in torrents i get download speed up to 70KBps and upload around 40KBps.. downloads from sites depends.. max was 60KBps...
