Yes, was down since yesterday daytime, but now it's working. Though the new plans aren't showing in my tariffs list

I had called my LCO and my area's JTO he told me to submit a hard-copy request for plan changing.
IDK why they dont accept service request from selfcare portal

At my exchange they have 10gb uplink but giving only 100mbps plan , ain't it sufficient for better plans?

Used to get 55-58Mbps. . Now I have changed the plan
Hotstar Premium is nice add-on to this plan.
