Which BSNL plan have you opted for?

@bk~ not yet changed in either fuptopup or BSNL Pro app but same in self care portal it's is showing as fiber value.
By the way did you changed the plan ? If the plans are not showing in self-care portal try contacting the JTO.

I have requested plan change in self-care portal yesterday and today morning i got the message plan was changed successfully and reflected in self care portal too. But fuptopup or BSNL Pro app doesn't show the correct plan. I think once you get the October bill the details would be clear.. also mention here once you get the bill whether new plan is reflected in the bill.

Did you seeing the new plans in self care portal @bk~ ? Fiber value plan?

yes. Last month when i checked there were no new plans. When i checked yesterday it was there and i changed it.
