I am looking for reliance zte mf 190 . but I dont kniw will it support airtel gsm sim or not?

How much are you getting it for? Unlocked dongles supporting 2G/3G/4G are available on eBay for 1000-1200.

Whichever you buy make sure it supports both 900 and 2100 band for wcdma/hspa/hsdpa.
Don't buy single 2100 band dongle if you want better speeds

Why do not buy a new Dongle? If you unlock your reliance zte mf 190 dongle then its warranty will be lapsed. You may purchase a new dongle such as Huawei E355 Wifi Dongle at reasonable price. You will not bind with any particular SIM card and can use any GSM SIM card in this dongle.
