Or it could just be a template of some s/w but only the creator of this image would know that, even in a phone !You could do anything in photoshop though, but that's a very complicated s/w :redface:

You can do it in GIMP image editor if you use linux...else on photoshop which is not that tough.
Here,I'm very sure, the trick has been done with some cellphone application like "Photoright" for series 60 phones.

if its a solid color background, it would be very easy to do in photoshop with magic wand... or any other decent photo editor.otherwise you would need to use path tool to create the empty space and fill in your own image in the background with skewing tools.
