why govt is stopping peaceful protest?

From what someone who went there told me, it was not peaceful at all, a lot of people were abusing and throwing stones at the police and trying to break the barricade and march towards the president house.

These are group of nsui goons. Isn't it obvious. You yourself tell where can you get stones on almost perfect India Gate roads. Second thing lacking is that protestors dont have any leaders. The five so called students representative that met Sonia and rahul at 10, JP are also nsui members.Hope you people get the logic.

This is the case when the criminals are in no way influential. Just imagine what cud have happened, if the criminals were influential people. I think the girl, and her friend wudnt even be alive by now!And there are people, who always favor mercy for people like these!

Yes. I too wasnt aware. But when i finally read in the papers about the details, i got goosebumps! I generally see the headings of these sort of news, and i turn it over - bad habit of trying to avoid the dark realities.......but this time i read it coz it was all over the paper. And it was really shocking.
