Ok. So in that case you have to pay the bill and apply for disconnection. You have to call cc to disconnect.
I have JioFiber Prepaid. I am moving to new address in 2 months. I will stop recharging till I am sure JioFiber is available at new address.
But if JioFiber is not available and I decide to close my connection, what happens to Router device that I have (along with STB). Can I submit that to some of their official outlet and get any amount. I am not sure how much amount I had paid for device and installation. Might be it was free or some amount around Rs 1500~2500.

You won't get any refund afaik. If you have paid security deposit when you took the connection, then they will return the security deposit. Basically, when you apply for disconnection, the technician guy will visit your premises and he will take away the router and set top box(if you have one). That's it. Your connection will get disconnected in due time. You have to contact customer care for disconnection. Just apply for relocation and mention the new address. If the connection is feasible, then they will give you a connection. If not, then you can disconnect the connection.
