30mbps can be easily achieved via both 2.4ghz n 5ghz in most cases. Be it upload or download.

Yes its almost same currently i am writing this review on 399 plan i am having 71%signal of 5ghz in my room i am getting 28bmbps easily its a good plan.however they should give atleast 40mbps in 399 .coz they are providing 100 mbps in 699 plan.also the download and upload speed are symmetric 30 each
