maybe try getting Windows XP SP2 disc!

yeah, i do have one...but what it does is it creates a new instance...doesn't overwrite the existing one.. :wall:

I heard that Win Xp Sp3 Is fine but only some bugs are fixed to give better experience but itz good if we have Win Vista Sp1 than XP:yahoo:

well..I really liked it..although sometimes I feel my system hangs a bit more after installing SP-3..will remove and check the diff...

I use XP SP3. Frankly i feel XP has become a bit sluggish after the SP3 update ...

Installed SP 3 couple of days ago & so far find no difference, none of that so called better speed while booting up etc which was observed by some early birds in many tech sites/forums

same with me, from a users points it's got no noticeable differences at all & also no problems with my system after installing SP3
