I have been using Windows Sp3 RC for some time now.....................its stable for me so far
Kindly mention the web site you used to download the update. Thanks.
Other users, please post any problem/s, if downloaded from unofficial sites.
Whether, those who have already updated regularly, should use this again ?
I have downloaded from Microsoft site as a backup .

I had faced certain difficulties. The pc wouldnt boot, i mean soon after the Windows XP loading screen, it would keep on restarting. Had to uninstall it. Am waiting for the final release.

Now am on SP3 RC2. There are speculations that the final sp3 and RC2 might be the same (just like Vista SP1)

Where is the cd key for this?.without cd key how will you install?

Windows will check your copy of OS, whether Genuine or not and allow download and update.if you are already using Automatic Updates, or from Windows UPD web site , you can download this XP3. No more support after 30th june 2008.
