wireless broadband suggestions for india?

sir i am newbie i want to take a wireless broadband usb modem firstly i prefer bsnl but there is one condition is there i cant use that in another district in my stateso i want the valuable opinions from u people i can spend upto 4000Rs for purchasing the modem i cant effort more than that and i want an unlimited speed also which is the bestThanx in Advance Waiting for ur replies

yes u can go for bsnl

Once you got the modem/ wireless router, you can use it anywhere with bsnl, mtnl or airtel.

so i want the valuable opinions from u people i can spend upto 4000Rs for purchasing the modem i cant effort more than that
that money is enough, wireless router are cheaper then that, u wil get decent one within 3000 if u want to buy, but you can take wireless router in rent from bsnl, check the availability in your area.

and i want an unlimited speed also which is the best
i would recommend Home UL 1350 Plus

thanx for answers but in my area bsnl providng cdma for evdo and i cant use more than the installation or billing district i am residing in one district and my work place is 30 KM from my residence it is another district so i want to think 3G with GSM technology and tata photon plus is the limited data of 15GB today itself it will release in my City reliance netconnect has no signal in my workplace so above these reasons i am totally confused
 
Guys, i am thinking about wimax .. I wanna know if out of the three which one is best in Gurgaon and why:1) Tata Wimax - 2500 pm 2) Reliance Wimax - 2100 pm3) BSNL - 1800 pmWhat are the avg and highest download and upload speeds in these three. Tata is willing to install in a day and Reliance in 15 days. My cousin has reliance wimax in banglore and says he gets about 120-150KBps download upload on torrent sites easily. Your suggestions most appreciated.:thumbsup:
 
hi guyz i have taken idea netsetter because when comparing to speed it is better than tata and it is totally unlimited, but i got a problem i cant utilize total speed help me about thisand i am planning to install linux but i dont have any drivers of usb modem how it is possible my device is Huawei EG 162G
 
Relinace is the best in connectivity ............ great performance ........ Costs about 1500 rs unlimited plan ............ 144 kbps ..... Modem costs about ..... 2500 .... :p

hey guyz plz read my last post because i have already purchased an idea data card :(and i cant invest more than 900 for my net bill because it is also 15% of my salaryand i want to utilize the total band with and is there any possiblity of linux supported drivers for EG 162G device
