In my area due to cable prob, Phone was dead in our street. All were gone to exchange and complaint about this prob. But BSNL never care about this complaint and they rectifies the faults after 10 days. :OMy net was down for 10 days, i complaint about this prob to BSNL, they simply told me that, what can we do.....
Why they are doing like this.:wall:This month(for the past 18 days) my net was down for 12 days from June 01.
Will they reduce the bill for this month or they simply charge Rs.750/-. :huh:
