In my area due to cable prob, Phone was dead in our street. All were gone to exchange and complaint about this prob. But BSNL never care about this complaint and they rectifies the faults after 10 days. :OMy net was down for 10 days, i complaint about this prob to BSNL, they simply told me that, what can we do.....:@Why they are doing like this.:wall:This month(for the past 18 days) my net was down for 12 days from June 01. :(Will they reduce the bill for this month or they simply charge Rs.750/-. :huh:
 
There is some rule. If your net is down for more than 10 days, they should give 15 days discount. Please check.
 
yes .. they will give u a rebate. if not go to the account section with ur complaint no. and report the matter.
 
Where i can get the account number, also i complaint after 2 days. How do they know my net was down for 10 days. :cry:

No idea. Heard this somewhere during TRAI discussion.
