Worst Service on Excitel Broadband in Dwarka Sector 10

From last, one month am facing so many problems with Excitel.

Terrible Connection, bad Customer Support.

Always blame on the customer or their Modem and PC.

From last few days am getting only 3Mbps upload speed on my 50Mbps connection.

And there answer is everything is good from their end and some problem with my pc or modem. LOL

The only problem in my area is the only airtel and excitel are the broadband provider.

Airtel provides the only 8mbps connection in my society.


Now am confused where to go and how to get the better connection.

hey i am shifting to sector 16b in dwarka. can you update me which one is best? i was thinking of going with excitel however i have heard horrible reviews of packet loss in excitel from 1 yr in these forums, is it still a problem?

so which service provider should I go for. I need stable connection. I will be using it for PS4 PSN online gaming, so really need stable connection. I will be even happy with 10mbps for somewhere around 800. which provider to go for in sec 16b dwarka

for gaming , definitely not excitel. get a demo from other providers , test it then take it
