wrong billing for Jan 2008

This month i got the bill from BSNL for 18K with the usage of 20 GB (90% of this between 2 a.m. to 8 a.m.). I am in Home 500 plan. For December, there is no issue with billing (35 GB usage with Rs.500/- as bill). Any idea on where i should complain? RegardsDeva

Make photo copies of your Oct Nov Dec bills and meet the A.O of your area.Or try Tf 24311700. The usage meter is being upgraded. ( night usage is deducted ).See in MTNL forum.

Meet AOTR (Accounts Officer Telecom Revenue) personally.Hope your bill will be fixed soon.
