Wrong Charges on Airtel USB Modem

Airtel has charged for downloads from Airtel Live. though no downloads have been made.I as using the sim/number in usb modem for Airtel wireless internet. Can not accessAirtel Live from a sim inside usb modem, can I ?

the surfing is unlimited but if u use Value Added Service, u'll be charged for that...

you did not read properly, please read and understand first. no VAS was used. It is a data modem.

Services in Airtel Live is VAS..it will be charged.I think you were unaware of it...i guess probably u have downloaded some premium stuffs from Airtel live, did u?

also, at Airtel Live - There u'll find Terms And Condition & also Cost - your indifference towards checking that doesn't prove that Airtel is at fault and they should reverse the charges... however constant complainin with Cust Care / NOdal Officer may help u to reduce bills, but that needs to be done intelligently....

The replies I have received here are so similar to what I got from Airtel, it seems that no one reads or tries to understand a post before posting a reply.Or do we have Airtel guys here ?I have never used any Airtel Live or any other VAS. You can not access them with the sim in USB modem. So you can not download.
