Another Mare happened. Dont know when sundirect is going to improve the service. I bought "Pluto" package through sundirect website after a successful recharge of 1000. The website said it is "Active" on the next second when i clicked on "Purchase". But i was not getting the "Pluto" package channel and i thought it may take some time to get activated. But even after two days from the date of activation i didn't get the channels. So i called up to the customer care to know the issue. They said the package is active. So they said they will refresh my account details so that it will be activated again. They asked me remove my smart card once and re-insert. After doint this, i got the Pluto package channels in 10 mins. I was happy that moment. But when i logged in next day to self care port i was in shock. My account balance was low and i went to see the package purchased details. To make me more wonder, Sun direct is activated "Pluto Plus" package too which i never asked for. Now i have both Pluto and Pluto Plus packages activated. I just called up to CC and said the same. They have registered a complaint and said the wrong package will be de-activated within 24 HRS and the money will be refunded to my account. Such a care less mistakes should not happen in package activation as we , as a DTH customer paying for each and every bytes of signals we receive through our Dish. Sun direct should be very careful in handling the package activation - de activation requests as it really hurts the people when they do it something wrong.
