Wrong package activation

I am having a problem insted of tamil they activated kannada. i am struggling for last 20 days. I have contacted c care and distributer several times. c care told that distributer send wrong basic pkg. so it canot b changed. pls help

^the only solution is to contact customer care no (after trying for 2 hours may be) in ur dealer's premises along with dealer u complain to CC about wrong activation.also the dealer code is to be given and verified by ur sun direct dealer
