Recently got shifted from another provider to ACT Fibernet.
My xbox 360 is not able to connect to internet. All other devices like laptop, mobile works fine through the Netgear wifi router except xbox 360. Same router worked fine with previous provider (Still works as provider needs to disconnect the internet).
Looks like ACT ISP is blocking these requests to xbox live. And do we require public static ip to work ? It worked earlier with previous provider with private ip address (10.X.X.X) too
