1. No expandable storage

It may be a concern for some.

2. No LTE

No problem for me. Should not be a problem for many for at least two more years.

3. Updates will be slow

Still there is updates that great. As it is Snapdragon, we should see CM support which will be great. Compare that to Samsung Exynos based devices.

4. Non existant customer care

This is the tricky part. It all depends on the build quality of the phone that will be shipped to India. Better build quality ~ less the chance of things going wrong. Even if it very good ,accidental damages may be a problem.
