Mine powerbank is not giving 10400mAh.

It gives about 6500mAh only. (after 3 full recharges)

I have 3 mobiles, it charged as follows. (with mobile switched off)
2x1000mAh
1x1200mAh
2x1800mAh

They say 93% power expected. So I expected atleast 9000mAh power.

They also wrote that it takes few FULL charges to reach max. capacity.

So will recharge 2-3 more times to find if capacity increase.

Sudip not required as it cuts charging on its own .. he is right it charges my nexus around 3 times so thats 6500-6600 sorts ...

I dont see them mentioning about removing USB cable when not charging. I remove it from adapter anyway...so I dont think circuit completes anyway, so as good as removed.

And even after 5-6 full recharges.. its still giving max 7000 mAh

According to my observation, the led lights still flash when removed from the phone. Also, I have accquired a Sony power bank where it is specifically mentioned in the manual to remove USB cable when not in charge.

Like any other product with a rechargeable battery, you should disconnect power supply after the batteries are fully charged. I am not sure what the confusion is?

actually after charging the phone through usb cable, people are leaving the usb cable connected to the power bank. so op wants to know whether battery will be used when usb cable is connected at one end to power bank and other end left free.

Yes, the LED keeps blinking sometimes even after disconnecting. Doesn't bother me much though. After all it's just a powerbank. I never really use the power button (or whatever that button is called).
