Airtel has not updated their site, even now the chennai tariff page doesn't show the new plans. Even the older 4 and 8 MBPS plans are missing, only upto 2 MBPS plans are displayed.

Just now I got a call from them....8mbps not possible for my place Now I am stuck between having to pay 2500 per month for 150GB....or selected one of those ridiculous new Turbo plans for much less GB per month.

Hi I called them up on Saturday and asked to be moved to Rapid15 GB plan.

They took down my request and assigned a case number, and said it will be action-ed upon within 7 days.

Does this mean the plan is feasible in my area, or after 7 days they will come back and say it's not possible?
